Click & Collect: Order online and collect your purchase from your nearest store for free. This option also allows you to arrange your delivery by using the store as a pick-up point. Wait for a confirmation call before visiting the store, and bring an ID card for collection. Boxed & Delivery: We have an option for boxed delivery. We pack your order and deliver it to your doorsteps. If assistance in assembling is needed, additional call-out or service fees may apply for technician support.

Who will deliver my order?

We use trusted national couriers to deliver our products. For our larger products such as electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters, we use ________. For our smaller, lighter goods such as manual wheelchairs and mobility walkers, we use ______. Tracking information is provided with all orders.

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

If your mobility aid arrives damaged, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage.

How are delivery charges calculated?

Shipping fees are affected by the size and weight of the product and your location. Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be included in the order total before checkout.

If you wish to cancel your order, then we require you to let us know within 60 minutes of making an order.

How long do I have to return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your product you need to notify us in writing or by telephone within 30 days from the receipt of the items. Unfortunately, after this period, we will refuse your return.

The customer is charged for return postage costs, including customs charges where applicable. We will collect products through our courier.

I have requested a replacement, when will I get it?

WARRANTY

How do I register my warranty and when does it become valid?

Your warranty becomes valid from the date that your product is delivered to you. All of our warranties are logged electronically, so once your order is delivered you do not have to worry about registering your warranty.

I want to sell my item, will the warranty transfer to the new owner?

No, our manufacturer warranty is non-transferable and is only registered to the original buyer.

How long is the warranty valid?

We offer a 5-year warranty on our mobility equipment. Our warranty can be extended to the lifetime on call.
